Doubt he plays the same week we trade for him.

Once Jimmy Smith returns Peters will be 4th on the depth chart (behind Humphrey, Jimmy, and Carr). Doubt he even plays much unless injuries continue to mount.

Safety help is what we really needed. Maybe this allows someone else to play more safety.

Carr took a lot of snaps at safety in preseason, could very well be the direction we’re headed.

Yeah, Carr seems like he'd have the talent, knowledge, and ability to be a decent safety. He's transitioned to playing the slot pretty well, and he's pretty solid in zone coverage. Wouldn't be a huge leap to playing safety.

I think they want Clark to have the green dot going forward though. That was talked about before last week. In which case Clark would be taking up Jefferson's role at safety. We still need a 3rd safety for dime and big nickle looks though, which might be where Carr moves to safety. Or maybe they use more Levine. Guess we'll see.
