We traded our SS because Jones has supposedly looked better in camp and was going to take his starting spot. I know you guys dumped him after 2 seasons and the Cowboys dropped him after a handful of games.

Pretty much the standard super athlete that never translated into a starter. He was forced into roles that he didn't perform well at and never was able to separate himself from the pack. The only time his name was even used in a broadcast was when GB used that awful "Nitro" package that really just let him roam and pressure the pocket and he still got exposed for being out of position. This scheme is either 4-3 base, or 4-2-5 in nickel (which we play the most) and DJ Hayden is the nickel CB. We don't play that hybrid S/LB nickel role.
