what's this boomstick looking weapon that keeps wrecking me in the crucible? i got up to like 290 but didn't download any new content or anything but these people are all using the same weapon it seems

It’s the Prometheus Lens. There’s a Bug that makes the TTK with it like 0.2 seconds. So instead of cancelling Trials Bungie has Xur selling it so everybody can use it before it’s patched.

i'll play later tonight maybe and see if kids still use it. sad part is i was still going like 2:1 efficiency against a team of 4 with the thing lol

Bad kids are bad regardless of what they’re given. I had plenty of fun treating Crucible as laser tag this weekend. But I also ran into a few 4 stack tryhard teams that just headglitched and team shot with it and I can’t think of a more miserable gaming experience than those matches.
