Another game day is here, and another game where the Eagles are without their starting WRs

Hey at least we got Quez Watkins the 6th round rookie from southern miss back and the one and only JJ Arcega-Whiteside

No moral victories but still a more promising performance than what they showed the first couple games. Defense let them down when the O puts up nearly 30 points on THAT defense

Competed toe to toe with a very good team from start to finish

Despite the loss and going to 1-3-1, I'm more optimistic about the season than I've been at any other point this year.

Fulgham looked really good out there and the most promising part is that he didn't have to rely on any spectacular play - he just ran great routes, used his body well, and caught the ball with his hands. This to me is a good indicator that he can continue to perform and produce if given the opportunities.
Even though we lost by 9, I think this was Philly's game to lose especially with the last drive. If we had Lane, I think Doug goes for the kill on that drive and runs the ball on the right to kill clock to try and set up a 45 yard field goal with no time left.
Wentz is still making a lot of mistakes and leaving points on the table but overall I think he made most of the reads he had to. I'm sure a lot of the blame will be placed on him but I think he actually played well enough for Philly to win -- but the secondary needs to figure out something to do better against the guys with breakaway speed.

Kid caught everything thrown his way, he looks great out there and him and Greg Ward look like they have good hands.

Even when DJax and Alshon come back, Fulgham needs to be in that lineup.

This is honestly laughable

At this point I can't see him losing too many snaps even when Alshon, Desean, and Reagor return.

If anything Fulgham is going to get a lot more attention now from defenses, so him playing alongside others with actual ability will help him (whenever they come back).

One thing is for sure, it's a pretty safe bet that DJax and Alshon are gone after this season. It was already obvious that was going to be the case before, but now even more so. These guys can't stay healthy to save their fucking life, and they're well into the wrong side of 30. Alshon is way too big of a cap hit, and DeSean is likely to follow.

If these young guys keep stepping up in their absence and playing well, it'll make it that much easier. Especially considering the 2021 WR class should be loaded.
