I have a feeling we're going to get slammed by lake effect snow during January and February. I remember when there usually wasn't any snow around my birthday (end of February), now it seems like there's always over a foot of snow at least.

Yea February is always brutal but March has been terrible the past few years as well and last year April was a shitshow as well and the weather in December was mild as fuck like right now

Yeah, I live about 30 minutes from Lake Michigan so it comes down heavy here and usually thins out before it gets to Detroit. You guys probably catch the tail end of some of these storms in Toledo on occasion.

What's funny is the closest I've been to wiping out this year due to road conditions was in Toledo, not here, lol. The black ice on 475 when I was leaving a Walleye game was no joke. Seen someone cream a concrete barrier. The highway up here was just covered in snow so it was ez ofc.

The accidents here get nuts when it gets shitty out, city is lazy as fuck when it comes to salting the roads, barely even do nowadays.
