Yeah, the Browns have been irrelevant for decades, but that doesn't really mean anything. Not like anyone on the current roster can be blamed for sucking for previous years. I wouldn't rule them out at all.

Reports out of TC are that he looks fast, but I don't think he's really participating in full right now. That's unfortunate because he really needs that time to build chemistry with Jackson and to prove himself to Harbaugh, otherwise he's not going to get snaps during the season. My year one expectations are low as a result. Maybe he'll see a couple snaps per game as a vertical threat, but we probably won't know what we got until next season.
