I wouldn't say it's easy to get shrooms, I could probably get them, but i'd have to talk to people i really have no interest in talking to/people i haven't talked to in years. Weed is 100% easier to get then like anything, when I was <21, i could get weed easier than alcohol; further proof that weed prohibition makes 0 sense, legalize, tax it, and sell it to 21+ year olds.

interesting... 10 oz is overkill. no one needs that much weed at once for personal use lol.

10 is how much you can have at home after you harvest, 2.5 is the amount you can carry. 12 plants per household can be grown.

here only 5 or 6 flowering plants are legal, but i think you can have unlimited non-flowering plants or seedlings. I'm not 100% sure though, i don't grow, my friends used to but they all stopped as it's not really worth it anymore with all this good medical weed around lol,

Ya I got a card for medicinal caregiver just so I could grow and have good stuff all the time, now it's legal I'll just grow my 12 outside in the summer and stash as much as possible for the cold months.

12 plants is producing way more than 10 oz though? Can you sell it to dispensaries or do you need a wholesale license?

illegal to sell it here, but you can give away u to 2.5 ounces, they have until 2020 to get all the regulations in order... its stupid, and I just do what I want basically. lol I dont sell to anyone, so they dont bother me.

same here, illegal to sell, legal to give. has created basically a "gray market" for weed; people are setting up delivery/gifting services, where they "give away" weed, but e.g. you have to like buy a T-shirt for $50 or what not (and you get a "free" quarter oz lol).

our state passed it in 2016 and we still haven't set up recreational stores; thanks to our former obstructionist republican governor (Paul LePage, hate his guts). My state is soliciting contracts for people to process/make packaging/safety labels etc, and they keep backing out of contracts for god knows what reason. it's ridiculous
