I think it's better but they need to fix a few things.

High cal rounds needs to be nerfed and not have any RNG to it - it should stagger you a little bit with each hit (or crit), not be random as to whether it will stagger at all and wildly toss your aim.
Radar distance needs to be turned down. It gives way too much information which makes it easy for people to hardscope with Mida.
Movement speed needs a slight increase across the board.
