Turns out the wording is “New Raid Content” and not just “New Raid.”

Challenges release tomorrow so it can’t be those. I swear to god if they do something like adding a ship/sparrow/ghost to Leviathan instead of releasing a new Raid I’ll flip.

Tomorrow, the first Raid Challenge goes live at 10 AM Pacific. You will be challenged in a new way during the Royal Pools encounter.

Talking to myself lately, but Challenge appears to be that Middle plate must always be occupied. Water in middle is fine but if nobody is in the water challenge fails.

Ya, sorry man, just haven't had anytime for Destiny. Maybe tonight after the Halloween stuff I could get on for some PvP, and I'm off school tomorrow. I'd be pretty happy to run some PvP with a group sometime this week. I miss killing noobs.
