Tom. you're lucky. You have the first overall pick and there are two franchise quarterbacks to select in this draft.

I hope so, I really like Mariota for a lot of reasons, even though I admit I'm biased.

Regardless of who they take I hope they end up with a franchise QB, they've never really had one and I feel like their team would be so much better with a good passer, would open up the run game more, but most importantly I want a guy who will build hype for the franchise the way RGIII did in Washington or Manziel did with Cleveland (maybe a little less than he did). I want to see the team talked about, I want them to be featured more on national television ideally and in this day and age you need that superstar people give a shit about.

I personally like Mariota in Tampa Bay. He would flip that team around.

I think so too, personally. I like his mobility, I love his ability not to throw turnovers and feel like the receiving corps is pretty good with Jackson and Evans. Team needs press more than anything else, in my opinion, gotta bring in a big name when they have the opportunity to here, can't be conservative in my opinion.

I've been watching him since he took over for Darron Thomas and I think he could do pretty well. Granted, he took full advantage of the system they ran at Oregon, I still feel like there's something to be said about him not throwing interceptions, he had the fewest in the NCAA ever, I think, and he has decent mobility that could be good, kind of like how Wilson's works out for him. I don't expect him to be Andrew Luck, throwing like 75% of the time but I think he can bring something dynamic to the boring as fuck offense the team has ran since I've been watching.

But like I've said, and I'll stand by it, they fucking have to pick a high profile QB. The team needs people to give a shit about them in my opinion, every other team in the division has a franchise QB that people want to see play, for the most part, and it would mean a ton for the franchise, even if they still suck for a bit.

Which is a possibility.
Glennon was given the opportunity to impress, instead he stunk up the place.
