Lets talk football. Who to blame for sundays lost if you had to pick? I pick the play calls. why keep throwing with 4 mins left?

Mix of atrocious o-line play 1st Qtr, to bad play calling in the last few min, bad decision to throw it on 3rd n 10 instead of run it for a 4th n short play by ryan, to the missed calls by the refs all game long.

More to blame than one thing.

because we only had what 50ish yards on the ground lol
we would have only burned maybe a minute or two off the clock going 3 and out running the ball.

i blame the turnovers like i said minutes after the game.
fuck the penalties id rather see two teams battle than every fucking play get flagged.....
people getting too soft WITH the nfl. sure it was a no-call but "one play doesnt define the game"

A player may not bat or punch:

(a) A loose ball (in field of play) toward his opponent’s goal line or in any direction in either end zone.
(b) A ball in player possession.

Not only that, but they stopped the clock too lol when Devonta was purposely trying to stay in bounds.

Don't even get me started about that game... Frustrating ending to say the least.

Nice to see you're still around by the way. One of the only names I recognize in here after looking through a few pages. The only other one I remember from way back is Ewokhellkite.

Nice to see some names I'm not familiar with as well.
Rise up!

Falcons
Watch Out? In the last two seasons the Falcons are a combined 9-1 in their first five games of the season and 3-9 in all other games.
Easy Road: The Falcons remaining schedule is the easiest in the NFL (remaining opponents are a combined 23 and 32).
Switch up: After facing teams currently ranked 1st (Seahawks) and 4th (Broncos) in total defense, the Falcons get a break this week with the Chargers (18th).
Unprecedented Offense: The Falcons' offense is off to its best 6 game start in team history (most points; most total yards; most pass yards; most pass TDs).
Revamped Defense? The Falcons have allowed their two lowest point totals and their two lowest yardage totals of the season in their last two games.
____________

Chargers
Offensive Showcase: The Chargers-Falcons game will feature two of the top three scoring offenses in the NFL. Atlanta is first in scoring offense (33.2 PPG) while San Diego is third (28.8 PPG).
Pivotal Stat: The Chargers are 0-3 when they have a negative turnover margin this season. They are 2-1 when they have an even or positive turnover margin.
Using 2+ TEs: The Chargers used 2+ TEs on 61.6% of their offensive snaps in week 6. In weeks 1-5, San Diego used 2+ TEs on just 31.8% of plays.
Sure Hands: San Diego receivers have dropped 5 passes this season (Tied with Buccaneers for fewest in NFL).
Bosa's Impact: Despite just playing in two games, Joey Bosa ties for the Chargers team lead with 4 QB hits.

the FalconsLife board is fucking cancer.
I try to be a realist and get bashed and saying I troll.
Been a member for longer than almost everyone there (2008) yet I have like 500 total posts.

There's a discussion on "Teams underestimate Matt Ryans arm strength" and I basically say that he doesn't have a good deep ball and underthrows the deep passes all the time and I'm getting ridiculed for it.
I say that Sanu has been underwhelming and same thing..

Pretty sad how delusional everyone is.
