Kid that I got smoked by, was 70th in the world in trials (this is xbox+ps4 btw, not just one console they check)

and 26 survival, 12 countdown, and 498 clash lol

It's a smooth SMG, but I feel like it's a much higher skill ceiling than Last Hope. Doesn't feel significantly better than an average SMG, just noticeably less recoil.

Uriels has high cal on it. Until they patch that, yes you should be running Uriels as your AR.

Legendary. It's the Nessus AR. You can get it from engrams and leveling vendors, Nessus vendor being your highest chance.
