Is it worth breaking up the QB-WR combo to get a upgrade at receiver or flex?

Yeah i've been using Colston but I just picked up Jeffrey this week.. since NE is playing the Saints and i'd love Colston to get shutdown i'm gonna have to go with Jeffrey.
Cutler is a streaky guy and he's been loving himself some Jeffrey will Bmarsh takes the double.
