Dean Pees supposedly planning to retire after this season.

This could either be a step up or a step down, depending on who succeeds him. Pees is pretty middle of the pack overall imo. Considering the talent he has to work with, this defense should be more consistent, and stronger at the end of games.

If Detroit decided to clean house, I'd take Teryl Austin back. He's done well with the talent he has imo. Harbaugh will probably want to do some uninspiring in-house promotion, however

Pagano was also mentioned. Unsure how I'd feel about that. I've never seen a worse defense at the end of games.

Thought maybe Tucker & Koch would of gotten in also, and of course wouldn’t even consider anyone on offense outside of Collins, but too bad he didn’t start from day one.

No. And I wouldn’t be surprised if Baltimore surprised everyone and came out of the AFC
