I think Harbs, Marty, Pees, and the gang get 2018, in part because that's Flacco's last year before he can be cut for cap savings, but also because Marty had little talent to work with on offense. If 2018 is Flacco's prove-it year, then I don't think they break up continuity in the coaching staff (Harbs recently said he liked that this offense was building an identity when asked about the job Marty is doing). Harbs will probably keep his guys and probably go out like Billick did with Boller. I actually like what Roman is doing with the run game, fwiw, so maybe there's some hope for 2018 if they can get that working.
I'm not certain if what Pitta said is 100% accurate. I mean, regardless, if you look at what Flacco is doing out there, he is exercising terrible mechanics and missing wide-open receivers. Maybe a good coach can fix him, but we won't find out for sure until Mornhinweg is fired, and by that time, Flacco might be gone, too.
Definitely agree on the FO. They deserve a fair amount of blame. My only defense is that they couldn't have planned to lose so many OL over the season, and Dixon. And Perriman actually looked ok last year, so his huge decline probably surprised even the coaching staff. I don't see anything changing with the FO though.
