If Brady takes ownership of this incident, what's the worst that can happen to him? Suspend him for the SB?

I think that'd be the absolute worst case scenario. Fines would be the best outcome, suspension period for next year would be alright. I wonder how hard the spread would jump if Jimmy G had to start.
