Stuck at 285 now I think. I think I have 2 items holding me back and I keep getting everything but those.



How hard do you want it? Like too many monsters hard or hard to figure out?

Both ofc. Enough enemies to actually make me struggle would be nice, because hard to figure out is only hard until the first group figures it out and EVERYONE looks it up lol. Proud enough that we got through 2 encounters without looking up anything, but it would take an insane group to figure out everything on your own. Would need people a lot smarter and with a better understanding of the mechanics than I have/am. Most important though, is just to have a full group of people who have ideas and are willing to share them, even if they sound stupid. Can't be afraid to sound dumb, fuck that. I love doing shit blind, but it sucks when most people won't throw in their two cents and you've got one guy who shoots everyone's ideas down and just keeps saying "WE NEED TO EXPLORE MORE", since that's usually not going to help very much.

There won’t be a significant step up in mechanics. They’re just going to push out more Orange and Yellow bar enemies then make the DPS checks tougher. Maybe remove revives.

They'll change a couple of things, they always do.

I'm pretty positive they'll be removing the revives, or maybe they'll give the group 2-3 total, vs 6 total. Going to have to use them sparingly if that's the case.

The gauntlet was the easiest, and I think that's going to get significantly more difficult. Baths is actually going to be a bitch now and we're going to really have to coordinate on having people stay and clear ALL adds before taking off for next rotation. probably need to do a straight 3 dps/3add clear on dps rounds, 3 phase minimum most likely. Dogs will be the same, no more 1 phasing that with the new dps check. Also going to have to be more aware of the adds, which have never been a problem at all. Throne room is going to be fucking brutal, especially if you try the 2/4 method, guessing you're going to have to 3/3 split unless you've got 2 INSANELY good people to work inside together. Going to be fun though.

So pretty much only people 300+ should be able to beat it?

Just had my best round on control. 7 caps 21 kills and a 2.9 efficiency. Finished it off with an exotic. Pretty happy with that.

Ya, you'll probably need to be 300 to attempt it.

So yeah, they won't make big changes to mechanics. Everything will just absorb and deal more damage.

That was reiteration/agreement, not an argument. You could have followed up by staying on topic and discussing the possible changes, but you seem completely set on always measuring dicks whenever I say anything in this thread.
