If you use the word xbox.....

e: i am fairly certain it happens with just box and I have had it come up when I was yelling at something and didnt even use a word with x in it.

Can you hear ingame audio through them and do i have to buy an adapter for the controller or does it come with it

I haven't had a pair of over the ear headphones in at least five years so I'm not one to accurately know the quality, but they are nice. Adaptor comes with them. All sound through them. Adaptor lets you set separate volume levels for chat and game sound.
