I'm over it.

Fuck Harbaugh.

He's going to lose his job because he's too loyal to "his guys".

Insane how you can justify going with Mornhinweg, when guys like McCoy, Whisenhunt, Dennison, even Roman are available.

I hope they hire a good QB coach at least.

Where's Jim Zorn these days :P

But yeah, sucks they're not looking to upgrade the OC position at the very least. I guess it'll be better next year when Mornhinweg has the entire year to implement his offense, but still not expecting much. We need an OC who establishes the run and works off play-action, which is something Marty doesn't do very well.

I hope this works out for him. I really like harbaugh, and while I don't think this guarantees him being fired if we miss the playoffs next year, I think the seat sure is getting pretty hot.

Can't believe we're bringing back the oc and DC. We struggled all year and they're keeping both. Smh

I actually don't have a huge problem with Pees. His defenses hold teams down in terms of yards and points scored (7th ranked in yds; 9th in points. And we were ranked #1 before Jimmy went down), but they can't hold a lead during crunch time. If our offense was even average it wouldn't come down to the final possession, since we be should be up by more than a possession, given how well our defense played.

Rookie LT Ronnie Stanley struggled badly on either side of his injury, but those two games accounted for two of the three sacks he allowed all year, and eight of the 27 total QB pressures. Over the final eight weeks of the season, he was the league’s best pass-protecting tackle.
