Very poor effort. Honestly surprised by how badly they played; Harbaugh was able to get the team motivated to play meaningless games in the past. Guess the loss last week was too emotionally draining.

I think Harbaugh and Flacco each get next season, but if they finish poorly again, they're both in serious danger to get the boot before 2018.

I think Pees stays tbh. OC will probably be the scapegoat.

I don't think it's farfetched to consider moving on from Harbaugh either. The instability on offense is partially his fault, since he's neither an offensive- nor defensive-minded coach, just a good motivator.

Mike McCoy was fired by SD. Pls sum...

Makes little sense to me SD fired him. He had their offense overachieving, considering all of the injuries they had. McCoy actually had their run game humming early on despite having backup OL. Although it doesn't really matter a whole lot anymore, considering the lack of identity we have on offense, McCoy runs a West Coast offense, which is what we run now. Plus he likes to attack vertically in the passing game, so it'd fit Joe a little better. Establishing the run game and taking vertical shots is what we need to get back to doing.
