I feel like that game was lost the moment Juszczyk went in for the TD instead of falling down at the 1 yd line. ~80 seconds and 2 timeouts is just too much time for the way our defense was playing, plus Pees has always been consistently awful late-game when it comes time for a stop. Add in that they had our worst corner (Wright) on their best WR (Brown) and it was a recipe for failure.

At least now we can hopefully move on from Mornhinweg. That game isn't even close if they get TDs instead of FGs on half those drives. Wouldn't surprise me if Harbaugh keeps Marty though, since they're friends.

Really a lot of different directions we can go in the draft. Need multiple pass rushers (Doom is done, Suggs is old, Correa is a bust), need a good WR (SSS retiring, Perriman a major disappointment, Wallace probably gets extended, Aiken is an average possession receiver and a UFA), need a Center (Zuttah is below average), need a LG (unless they re-sign Wagner and keep Lewis at LG, which might depend on the severity of Wagner's injury), need an outside CB across from Jimmy (plus to backup Jimmy for when he's hurt), need a FS to upgrade Webb.

If we don't get a pure pass-rusher like Tim Williams, I think Adoree Jackson would be a good fit (probably going too high for us though). Jackson would be perfect, since he is a big outside corner with excellent P/K return skills (another need) and the play-making skills to be a gadget weapon on offense (another need).

that's funny, was thinking this earlier, if the ravens were to fire pees & hire rex i bet that team could be something special defensively. would make sense as he has history there.
