I asked my doctor kind of bluntly if he could just prescribe me Adderall, but he said I'd have to talk to a psychologist to get a prescription, hinting that I should play up my disability as a sort of distraction. But I'm too lazy to do all that for some drugs that I don't really need.
The only drugs you don't need are the drugs you haven't tried yet. But nobody holds out forever.
