Define worth. I get a decent amount of pto and we were off that Monday for labor day anyways. I took off the four days and still have 40 left for the year plus another 20 I'll earn by new years. Was it necessary to get ahead in progression/Raid prep? Not really. Plenty of people me and crash play with were similar level without taking any time off.

I also did not take time off and was a similar level.

305/304/303 right now.


I did take a couple days for the last D1 DLC though which was worth. Still proud of being top 50 and top 100 to those level caps.

It is trash. It's good for skulls on one part of the raid, that's it

It’s reliable Callus damage for dimension guys as well. You don’t get much heavy when staying in there, so Coldheart DPS can help make up for that.

You know nothing

Last two runs I've done I've out dpsd everyone using cold with 2 ARs and AR+SMG. It's decent dps, but you can do more with normal weapons and it's got no other practical application from what I've seen. Just not necessary at all, but I suppose it would be cool to have.

So you were all using just primary and energy? No power, nades, supers?

I used tether on the 4th platform, and I chucked my nades on the first. Last two times I didn't have a decent heavy to use, so I stuck with primary/secondary.

I have no idea what the others all used, I saw lots of rockets being fired and at least 4 of them were using cold, but I never bother to check people's gear or anything

That’d be why then. Tarantula or max impact sniper then Coldheart. If you’re just using Coldheart or wasting your heavy on 2-3 rockets, you’re doing it wrong.

Downed him in one phase in one of those groups and 2 in the other.. seems like it worked just fine
