Wow comeback

Not a good start for the Ravens at all

A win is a win but man if we were playing a better team we'd never get back in to a game like that

We dont really know if this image was after he already secured the ball.

They reviewed this catch on TV to see if his foot was in-bounds, but didn't have the angle at the time. It's pretty clear it's out. Securing the ball was never an issue on that play.

The one where Jimmy Smith ran his shoulder into Coleman and somehow drew a personal foul on Coleman was more egregious imo (right before the missed field goal). The taunting call was accompanied by some smack-talk, according to Webb, so it might have been accidentally on purpose for all we know

Good luck to the ravens this season. I dont want to argue technicalities with you. Steelers and Bengals are very good. Ravens arent bad. Hoping u all make the playoffs to make our 2-14 season look less bad

Somehow "according to webb" is gospel

I never said it was gospel, just that it's unclear if he was doing it intentionally or not. We don't have audio of the situation, and we can't truly know if Pryor threw the ball toward Webb on purpose. All we can do is accept that we will never truly know what happened and believe what we want.

And not to belabor the point, but it doesn't look like Pryor was actually even looking at the line judge when he was tossing the ball:

So, I mean, it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility that Pryor did it on purpose while attempting to look innocent and just got caught

---

Anyway, for next week, I'd really like to see our pass-rushers actually finish plays, since they get tons of pressures and hits, but always seem to allow slipped sacks, which leads to big completions.

And Trestman needs to run more plays under center so we can run some play-action. There was a perfect opportunity for play-action on our final set of downs (when we settled for a field goal instead of a game-ending TD after running all over them in an expected run down) but he ran a standard running play out of the shotgun on first down for no gain. Just dumb. Running out of the shotgun with pitches and predictable draws is just stupid.

And our RBs suck. Granted, the OL isn't blasting any big holes, but neither West nor Forsett can catch very fluidly, and neither is very special actually running the ball. Forsett doesn't fit this scheme, and he made a very bad decision on the 4th down run by not following his blockers. Hopefully Dixon recovers asap and becomes the primary back.

And the secondary still plays way too far off on 3rd down, but that's always going to be a problem for as long as we have Dean Pees. Pees would actually be a good DC if he would change his philosophy regarding how we play coverage--he designs some creative blitzes, and he's not afraid to blitz.

Jeff Zrebiec ✔ @jeffzrebiecsun
Harbaugh said Jeremy Zuttah is not injured. No word on why he didn't practice.

Per Jeff Zrebiec:
Exact quote: "That would be a good question for Jeremy. There’s no injury there. Jeremy’s fine.”

Wonder what to make of all this. It's no secret Zuttah has been awful... Wonder if they're benching him for Jensen? Seems a bit early in the season to do that. Maybe Zuttah has something going on, a secret injury...?

Our pass rush has been horrendous in this game, gotta hit Bortles a few times, make him suffer.
