And not to belabor the point, but it doesn't look like Pryor was actually even looking at the line judge when he was tossing the ball:

Anyway, for next week, I'd really like to see our pass-rushers actually finish plays, since they get tons of pressures and hits, but always seem to allow slipped sacks, which leads to big completions.
And Trestman needs to run more plays under center so we can run some play-action. There was a perfect opportunity for play-action on our final set of downs (when we settled for a field goal instead of a game-ending TD after running all over them in an expected run down) but he ran a standard running play out of the shotgun on first down for no gain. Just dumb. Running out of the shotgun with pitches and predictable draws is just stupid.
And our RBs suck. Granted, the OL isn't blasting any big holes, but neither West nor Forsett can catch very fluidly, and neither is very special actually running the ball. Forsett doesn't fit this scheme, and he made a very bad decision on the 4th down run by not following his blockers. Hopefully Dixon recovers asap and becomes the primary back.
And the secondary still plays way too far off on 3rd down, but that's always going to be a problem for as long as we have Dean Pees. Pees would actually be a good DC if he would change his philosophy regarding how we play coverage--he designs some creative blitzes, and he's not afraid to blitz.
