Oh my god I love all theses moves!!!!

From twitter:
New #Raiders players Justin Tuck and Lamarr Woodley are "very much" a part of the teams free agent recruiting process #NFLFreeAgency

Furthermore, from reliable #Raiders sources, barring collapse or failed physical, Donald Penn will be your next LT #NFLFreeAgency

LT Donald Penn and DE Antonio Smith at the Raiders facility. Both expected to sign. We're on standby.

More #Raiders news DE Antonio Smith and OL Donald Penn both expected to sign in next 48 hours #NFLFreeAgency

Brandon Browner to #Patriots ? Not per source, who says he's leaning most towards joining #Raiders #NFLFreeAgency

Signing Tuck brings a change in culture. You're getting a 2x Super Bowl winning champion and defensive leader. The guy is a rock and a warrior.

Players will listen to him and look to him for advice, especially the younger crowd.

Tuck is a big game player. He did it in the biggest stage twice... played great in both Super Bowls.

You can never overlook championship experience.

Tuck will bring other players to Oakland in the future.

A change in culture is much needed, and I hope he brings it. But let me tell you a story.

Once upon a time, there was a Raiders team that was like "You know what we should do? Warren Sap." And he played very well, and he got lots of sacks, and was a great locker room presence, and some years we even had an okay defense.

But we did dick all because we had no QB, no stable RB, and no WRs. Ironically, we are in nearly exactly the same position today. And our answer is to do the same thing we did before that didn't work out.

The only way Tuck pays off is if we get some young DL talent that he can mentor during his 2 years. So maybe if we get Clowney or Barr at DE, it'll pan out. But it's pretty apparent that the administration has their eyes on drafting a QB.

Tbh man u would be the only person who I know of who claims we will go the qb route this draft. Imo if clowney drops to us we need to pull a stl and trade down for 2 or 3 future first round picks like the rams did with the cards and rg3

I really hope I'm wrong in saying we will draft a QB, because I'm not in love with any of the three we'd take. But I view it as the most likely play.

We upgraded the OL. We've focused on our defense (I don't necessarily think we're stronger on defense than we were last season, though). That leaves 3 weaknesses: WR, CB, and QB. None of the CBs rate the 5th pick, and even if Watkins is available at 5, what good is a WR with nobody to throw him the ball?

Let's see where the mocks put us after FA has wrapped itself up. If all 3 QBs aren't mocked in the first 4 picks, I'd be surprised if we aren't assigned the last one.

So far it has not been a good offseason. We lost Jennings, we lost Veldheer, we lost Huston. We signed an inferior tackle, an aging DE, and McFadden. At the very least we upgraded guard.

We didn't get a QB. We haven't gotten a WR or a CB. We'll see how the season goes but I don't know that we've improved our OL enough. We have the same holes we had going into the offseason with SEVENTY MILLION DOLLARS and have failed to accomplish anything. That's an abysmal failure.

Gotta agree. I'm still pretty fucking salty over the loss of those 3. At least buyers remorse kicked in and stopped us from overpaying out the ass for that ot from stl. "Failed physical" my ass lol. We came to our senses.

We should've paid for him IMO. Looked him up a little bit and he wasn't bad.
