Texans lead 10-6 at halftime.

The Texans offense finally got it going late in the half. I thought the 49ers out-played us for most of the first half but the Texans defense made the big stops when they had to despite J.J. Watt not playing.

This game could go either way in the 2nd half with the backups in the game. I'm glad Kubiak let Schaub play the entire first half. He'll probably play three quarters against the Saints next Saturday Night. He's got his timing slowly coming back. He's one of the most accurate passers in the NFL.

Replacement officials are going to be tough to watch for much longer. I'm hoping the NFL and the regular officials strike a deal right before the Cowboys play the Giants in that Wednesday Night opener on September 5.
