But dvr> going to watch the rest shortly

Yeah, I don't usually miss games, and when I miss games when I have off from work or school really pisses me off. I'm an idiot =/.

Man, that was a good feeling to get the W. A lot of uncertainty got answered for me Monday. Our D played excellent the first half, but Griffin was obviously rusty. The D made the plays they had to, which is all that matters (Bend, don't break) . Offense put up STUPID #'s ... I am more than impressed with Kelly's debut. If only we had Maclin though, imagine the offense then...

You guys didn't even see him use a lot of size packages involving Celek/Ertz/Casey. That's what I'm waiting to see..

Missing Maclin so much...

Offense is nasty regardless, but god if we had him opposite D.Jax instead of Cooper or Avant....

He'd be having a ball in this offense rofl. Why why why why did he have to get hurt

Indeed. He'd really be great at those underneath routes in Kelly's offense. Think we will re-sign him at the end of this year? I sure hope we do, I am unsure though due to how many injuries he has had. Front office might want to just go ahead and replace him, even though he is good when he can stay on the field.

Still waiting for our boy Cooper to break out ;) haha. I've been telling everyone in person that they need to watch out for #14! He's out to beat some ass! haha.

I'm worried about being able to run out the clock after the last game. Gotta be able to keep the foot on the gas while running out the clock. Thinking of Manning's no-huddle offense way back when, where he'd get everyone lined up and run the clock down before snapping for the 2nd half.

Agreed...

I knew it was a terrible idea when Chip started to play conservative in the third quarter. I understand that we had a huge lead but it was only 3rd quarter, we've seen crazier things happen in the NFL (ex: Miracle in the Meadowlands)

Some positives I took from this game

Vick played great (he missed some throws early on but that's ok)
Shady looked like the best back in the league yesterday
Desean had a great game (well a great first half, didn't do much the second half)
Defense actually forced TOs and tackled pretty well. We also got a lot of penetration and made RG3 uneasy

Some negatives...
Way too conservative early on...almost bit us on the ass in the end
Outside of Jackson and maybe Celek, our receiving corp didn't do that much (it really shows how Maclin was so valuable on this offense)
Vick is taking way too many hits... He just can't seem to slide, even when he's sliding hes getting hit and he needs to throw away the ball when nothing is there instead of getting hit

I was very impressed with Kendricks, Cole, and Cary (sorry for bashing on you rofl)

Kelly already addressed that he let off to early saying he has to get used to the nfl level in college the ducks can slow down with that lead and win ...gotta give him some time
