Here is today's injury update for Wednesday from ther NJ Star Ledger. Nothing serious. Looks like everyone will practice tommorrow except O'Hara.
1. Kenny Phillips says he isn’t hurt and just sat out practice today to make sure he didn’t get hurt.
“I haven’t played ball in a long time, so if anything the legs might get a little fatigued and that’s when injuries can occur,” said the Giants’ safety, who missed the last 15 weeks of last season after undergoing microfracture surgery on his knee. “That’s what we’re trying to avoid.”
Phillips was held out of action due to his knee being, as Tom Coughlin phrased it, “tired and sore.” Phillips, though, said there’s “no pain or anything” in his knee and even clarified that it wasn’t his knee that was injured when he went down briefly against the Titans.
Asked if he’s holding himself out or if it’s the trainers who held him back, Phillips replied, “A little bit of both. They’re just trying to make sure I pon’t have any setbacks or anything like that. We’re just being safe right now.”

2. RB Ahmad Bradshaw also downplayed his injury and said his latest ankle injury has nothing to do with the one he had last season. Bradshaw believes he will practice Thursday and Friday.
“Oh yeah,” Bradshaw said. “I’m going to limit myself just so I can have 110 percent on game day.”
Bradshaw was holding a ball “high and tight” during practice to make amends for his latest fumble.
“I punish myself when I fumble. That’s what I do,” Bradshaw said. “(Carry the ball) around the house, at practice.”
Coughlin took a swipe at the ball during practice.
“He was,” Bradshaw said. “He was testing me.”

3. Continuing with the positive injury news, C Adam Koets said he’ll be back to work on Thursday. He said he suffered his sprained MCL when a player rolled onto his leg on Sunday night.
“I got it checked out, went out and worked on it today,” Koets said. “It feels 10 times better than it did yesterday, so that’s a good sign. … If it’ll keep improving, it shouldn’t be a problem.”
Koets' return to action will allow David Diehl to return to left tackle. That’s where he’ll play on Sunday, despite Shawn Andrews’ working at that spot today.
