If they play the Pats, Broncos, or Steelers I could see that happening. Getting a bye would also make a first-game loss more likely to happen, since they would not get to play a weak WC2 team or the AFCS winner.

Yeah, all 3 of those teams I'm nervous about seeing. But if our first game is against the Broncos or Pats, that would mean we had a 1st round bye, and would be well rested.

I really like our odds this season... I couldn't say that much last year.

You guys actually look like a legit contender this year. The past few years of playoffs, I wouldn't have called you a serious contende, but this year, I can't think of any more of a complete all around team than cinci in the afc.

Our game next week against you is pretty much a must win for us to make the playoffs.

I think cincinatti might be fine without dalton I see u guys getting to the afc championship...if u beat Denver it's pretty much a lock. If they just commit to the run and the defense steps it up they'll be fine.
