It's definitely short-sighted. No one really cares about smoking weed in this day and age, so it's not really like his image was hurt by this video, and it's not like you as an organization are going to look bad for drafting him among normal people.

But there are knocks against Tunsil, namely how he manages to get injured and miss games every season. Even if they're freak injuries, they happened. Stanley seems to never get injured (knock on wood). Plus he's a very high-character guy.

Still think Tunsil will be a perennial pro-bowler though.

Yeah, the good that came out of this is that Stanley seems to be a great guy who can stay healthy.

Ravens being investigated for having players wear pads in rookie mini-camp

Quote (Rotoworld)
The NFL is investigating the Ravens for putting players in full pads at rookie minicamp.
Using full pads at rookie camps violates the CBA. A Ravens official told ESPN "there was a five-minute period on May 6 when rookies and first-year players suited up in pads during a non-contact punt protection drill." The Ravens "immediately pulled players off the field" when union rep Ben Watson informed them of the potential violation. If the Ravens are found to have violated the Collective Bargaining Agreement, they could risk losing a draft pick and/or be forced to pay a fine.

Probably be a fine, similar to what Pete Carroll routinely gets for having too many contract drills every year

Well, guess it's genuinely time to ask the question, if we'll ever really see Perriman on the field.
