Yeah, considerably. There's a lot more potential too.

Honestly the biggest thing for me may be the unrestricted overtime, after the 401k ofc. I could work as much as I want after training. Right now I commute an hour and 15 mins each way. With the new commute, I can work 10 hour days and it would take up the same physical block of time as an 8 hour day with the commute and seriously start fucking up my student loans. I'm pretty hype. Plus evals every 3-6 months, with 3-5% raises. The more I think about it the more excited I get.
