Weight is not the issue with Richardson. He has no vision, he's a dancer who can't hit the holes. Even if u watch a highlight. Video of him from his rookie season, the majority of his damage was done after contact, or with some ridiculous opening

This. Weight won't make him take the right cuts.

Good coaching might help. Cleveland and Indy aren't known to have great coaches...
