Did you miss the latest official ranking system that was released earlier this year? Just seems weird that someone as informed as you would miss anything, but I'll copy and paste it for you.

MostElitest
Elitest
Elite
Almost Elite
Half Elite
Some Elite
Ryan Leaf
Geno Smith

Clearly in accurate. Doesn’t have a Dalton Line.

You know, I thought the same thing, but unfortunately my input is never accounted for with "expert" rankings. Pretty clear who the real experts are, but what can you do.

Mo Wilkerson first FA visit is with Packers. That would be a fun d-line to watch. We don't have much cap space to work with though.

I expect a TT-esque FA this year due to low cap space and something like a billion total cap space across the league. Not a great year for FAs so doesn't make much sense to overpay people when we're already tight.

Gutekunst indicated if the Packers are going to alter those players’ contracts, he would want to do it before the free-agent negotiating window opens on Monday.

Yeah, unless something big happens soon, we'll most likely have a quiet free agency

Someone is getting cut. Lot of big cap hits this season and too many are on offense.

Patiently waiting to see what’s going to happen with Nelson/Cobb.
Maybe they both take dramatic paycuts and we can keep them both.... :)

I like the optimism, and from what we've seen in Jordy's career, it can be reasonably assumed that his value is connected to Rodgers. Whether or not he feels the same remains to be seen, but unless he takes a paycut, someone is getting shown the door. Initially, I was all for cutting Clay, but our LB corps is already so weak as it is that I can't honestly say that we would be better without him and could use the extra cap space efficiently.

I agree completely. No way they should cut Clay right now given the current LB corps like you said. I was all aboard the cut Clay train initially, but have since changed my stance.

I could see Nelson taking a pay cut, he probably wants to finish his career in GB/with Rodgers

Seems like the most common school of thought for fans from what I've heard from friends and co-workers, in addition to local radio. It's never that simple, sadly, but I'm hopeful. With so many changes to the coaching staff and FO in the last couple months, perhaps keeping the roster intact in the best move. We know there is a lot of talent across the board, but we have yet to find a defensive system that really helps the players shine. You can consider this the moment I put my eggs in the Pettine basket. A lot of draft capital means more chances to hit on a big talent, but it also means more flexibility when it comes to trading. Don't be shocked if we move around the board come draft day
