I'm not ruling out a trade-up for Tunsil, that's why I still mentioned him. Ozzie tried seriously to trade up for Mack a couple years ago (when we drafted Mosley) so I don't rule it out.

What we do in FA will answer some questions. If they get a stop-gap then we're probably drafting a future LT in the 2nd; if they re-sign KO then we're probably not drafting anything more than depth; if they do nothing then I surely hope they're targeting Tunsil.

Heh, you must feel worse than we do. Steelers will probably be in the AFC Championship simply because they get to play the Bengals and Broncos <_<

Right now I feel like Tunsil will be going #1. I think it's possible they can trade up for Bosa but I think I'd rather stay at 6 or trade down.

I know some people want Treadwell but I don't know how I'd feel about him at 6.

I have to start watching some draftbreakdown videos because I haven't watched a lot of college football this season.

Treadwell would be cool, but not at 6.

There are a lot of decent day-2 WRs too. That's probably the best value, getting a guy like Doctson, Coleman, or Boyd would be really solid value. I need to watch some draft vids of Corey Coleman.

LSU's Dural also looks pretty decent as a tough possession receiver. And Braxton Miller actually looks like he could be a decent receiver.

No news on parting ways with Pees yet...

Pagano is unrealistic, but hiring Pettine would be pretty sweet.

Unfortunately i think that the defense that showed up late in the season, will end up saving his sorry ass ..

lol I heard. Thought they hated each other. But he would have been a HC somewhere regardless.

I don't know if it's necessarily the 2nd half of the season defense that will save him. I think it's more the fact that you know what you're getting with Pees (an average defense) plus continuity in the coaching staff that would save him. His history of coaching average defenses that blow a lot of 4th quarter leads goes well beyond this season. They would have to have someone lined up to replace him before he's fired. Keep in mind Steve Bisciotti is a fan too. No doubt he sees all the things we've seen and shares some of the sentiments fans feel regarding Pees.

I'm sure they are reaching out right now to guys like Pettine (who has history /w Baltimore, comes from the Rex Ryan coaching tree, and runs a 3-4) or maybe Mike Smith (history /w Baltimore) to see if they have interest in being a DC again. If they don't find anyone else better than Pees, then they will probably come out with a contract extension affirming how they've always believed in him.

M.Pettine would be a good choice IMO,

also from my own interests, what is the main consensus about M.Trestman as an O-Coordinator for Baltimore?

( I really liked him when he was here in MTL as the HC of the Alouettes(I know CFL!) basically became the greatest HC for the ALS for a span of 4years(3 straight grey cups final, 2 wins in a row, then lost in East semi-final .. became on par with the likes of Marv Levy/Sam the QB!)

Notes from watching the press conf. today:

Poised to franchise Tucker if not re-signed
Not ruling out re-signing KO (it's not a foregone conclusion like McPhee, Kruger etc., but not as hopeful as Jimmy or Yanda)
LB coach Ted Machiano to Indy as DC
Doubling-down on Pees
Top needs: OT, pass rush, S, CB
Doesn't sound like WR is perceived as a huge need ...but then they end by saying they'll be looking for multiple WRs in draft/FA
Pass rush sounds like their biggest desire
Takes a shot a TB for firing Lovie too soon lol
Recognize that we don't run the ball enough
