Yes, although if you have a very specific brand/model in mind you may come up disappointed. I need a new laptop for school, and I'm leaving myself flexible to get a few different models ranging up to a few hundred dollars.

I have had an HP2511x for about 5 years and never have had an issue with it. 25" and it was about $300 then, but I have seen them on sale under $200

I use 2x benq 24" monitors. They market some sort of function that relieves strain on your eyes. Idk if it's true or not, but after like 10 hours my eyes usually aren't strained or dry like they used to be. Also, I use f.lux to help.
