No they cannot franchise someone they signed to a deal. He is with them for the next two years. He will get better I know it.

Not a huge fan of Finley after what I seen this year. Last year before he got hurt looked very promising, hope he gets back to his previous self because if he does it will be amazing.
Just don't care for him because of his cockyness then repeat poor performances. He has great potential at times then looks over rated at others. Would just like to see some consistency from him is all i guess.
