No. You get Cases as an in game drop (or you buy the case)

And spend 2.50 to buy a key (or 240-250fg) and open the case.

Most skins are under a buck, knives have like a .5% chance to drop. Not only that but there are a ton of different possible knife combinations most being fairly cheap.

In other words Ritchey used the luck for the rest of his life or he sacrificed his first and second born to get that knife.

For drops you can get one gun drop per week when you level up and 2 or 3 case drops per week. Can't get knives as a drop.
