In regards to the rest of your statement, it does not always imply oa worst relationship. The Packers organization we’re going to fire Ted Thompson if he did not step down on his own volition. Ted Thompson did not say to the Packers organization, hey you know what I think I will just step down to give you guys a better chance at successfulness. They gave him a choice, as all professional companies do to people in those kind of positions, unless something absolutely absurd happens
