Did anyone else see the Harbaugh to USC rumors? lol

Highly doubt that would ever happen.

This is very possible
Ravens having a bad year and don't looking good

USC job is enticing to any coach

Harbaugh vs Harbaugh championship inc

Harbaugh seems to like the NFL though; he wouldn't quit after 1 bad season. Besides, he hasn't been involved /w college coaching for many, many years, and not as a HC.

Also it seemed like Jim and John didn't particularly like coaching against each other.

It seemed more like USC has a list of coaches they want, and Harbs just happens to be at the top. They could put any coach they want on their list, doesn't mean they're interested.

I will literally kill myself. I love harbs being the hc for us. He brings somthing to the table that other coaches don't. The players buy into him well.

Now that I look at it, Ravens could be sitting pretty in 2016 with some nice compensatory picks.

McPhee should be a 3rd
Torrey a 4th
Darian Stewart a 5th if he keeps playing well
and Tyrod I have no clue, anywhere from a 5th to a 3rd
Daniels was also a FA loss, but I figured he would be canceled out by signing Kendrick Lewis.

So with the 4th round pick we own from Denver, the 7th we traded for Will Davis, and the conditional 7th from the 49ers, we could have 12 picks next season.

1 (R)
2 (R)
3 (R)
3 (McPhee)
3 or 4 (Tyrod)
4 (Denver)
4 (Torrey)
4 (R)
5 (R)
5 (Stewart)
6 (R)
7 (49ers conditional)

If we're lucky we get a 7th round pick for Tyrod, his base deal isn't worth enough to get us anything higher unfortunately.

The Ravens are nearing a contract extension with Marshal Yanda per sources. Should get done soon

Yaay

..Going to be so sad when we have to see KO leave, though

E/ Apparently it's done already, lol that was really close, huh

But they also look at playing time and performance (and postseason accolades, but I doubt Tyrod gets a pro-bowl). I mean, you can't get much more valuable than a QB who starts 16 games. Maybe he will even make the postseason, which might help. Comp. picks are not a perfect formula; it's more of a persuasive discussion held at the owners meeting in the Spring I believe.

Awaiting details on the Yanda deal, but I'm glad they kept him over KO regardless. Even in his 30s Yanda is more reliable and more talented than KO. I wonder if Urschel will move to left guard next year, or maybe they move him to center and Zuttah to guard... or maybe they cut Zuttah and sign/draft a guard lol (least likely option).

Sounds like we're going to be without SSS, Webb, Doom, and several other minor players.

I'm beginning to want a top pick more than a win. I feel so dirty, like a 76ers or Astros fan (before this season).
