Pretty much my thoughts on people wondering if McCarthy is going. Literally no reason to remove someone when there's nothing better available.

Prove it deal i'm absolutely okay with. Anything short of a deep playoff run should be considered a failure and McCarthy shown the door. Another NFC Championship game collapse should warrant a firing as well
