It honestly cracks me up all the absolute insane reasons people come up with to have issues with NE and their fans lol.

Gonna have to hit on that QB if you want a quick fix. And even then, its still hard to fix multiple position groups in just 1-2 seasons. Hit on that QB though and it instantly makes everything easier, as you guys have known for the better part of the last 20 years.

You guys currently pick #14 in the 1st round and #45 in the 2nd round. Do you think you guys take a QB in the 1st, or try your luck and wait until that 2nd round pick. I guess there's always a chance that you guys just roll with some Vet and don't take any QB besides some mid-late round flyer. At 14, you should be able to snag one of Mac Jones, Kyle Trask, or Trey Lance. You'd likely be taking a pretty big risk hoping one of them fall to your pick in the 2nd, but you never know.

I don't think it'd surprise anybody to see 4 or 5 QBs go in round 1. Lawrence, Wilson and Fields are basically locks to go in round 1.

Trey Lance is a freakish talent, but he's as raw as they come. Played against lesser competition and has a small sample size, but his tool set is impressive. He's definitely going to need some time to develop and the best thing for him would be to go somewhere that he can sit on the bench and learn behind a Vet for a year or two.

Mac Jones has the benefit of playing with the best WR group in college football (Jaylen Waddle and Devonta Smith will be 1st round picks), as well as a huge amount of talent around him in general on that Bama team.

I don't have much of an opinion of Trask. That Gators Defense is awful, which is why he put up as high of numbers as he did this season. He had to throw it all over the place because their Defense couldn't stop anybody. Granted he's the guy I've seen the less of this season compared to the other QBs.

You guys would probably have to trade up to try and get Fields or Wilson if you wanted either of them. I think Wilson will be pretty good though.
