Alright, I'm glad you're being reasonable about this.
It all just seems so weird to me. As big of a bitch as Cam is being, BB has ALWAYS made the bottomline your ability to produce results on the field. It's never mattered it you're the #1 player at a position (outside Brady ofc), you could always be benched if you became a hindrance to the team. I know it's a cheap option while we develop talent, especially with how bad hes played this year, I REALLY doubt offers will be coming in elsewhere, but I don't see why we wouldn't target guys like you named (I'd love Stafford tbh). That way we could actually get an accurate feel for the teams talent/potential. It's impossible to judge anything when you've got the worst QB in the history of the game behind center lol. That's an exaggeration ofc, but I'm curious if any QB who's played an entire season had had a worse passing year statistically than Cam
I believe I've always been pretty realistic/reasonable in my takes.
Maybe a little homer with Kyrie on the Cs, but I really don't think so otherwise.
It's silly to not expect a decline considering the personnel lost and not replaced with anything but a rookie class and a broken QB signed late July...When your best players for the year are Nick Folk, Jake Bailey and Gunner....you don't have shit on the team lmao
Adrian Phillips has been the only good pick up. Props to that guy for playing box safety/MLB all fucking year and even some fucking edge rushes when he should be in coverage around the middle of the field......his body must be rocked. Love this pickup.
You're right that BB has basically benched everyone else playing at such a shitty level. Just look at how he has handled Winovich who SHOULD be playing EVERY snap for development....dominant 1 game, but if you blow the next? Ok play 15% of snaps next 2

I think a lot has to do with not putting Stidham out there with this trash cast because it really wouldn't tell you anything imo. Again, unless you're at Tom Brady level(who also blew 2nd half last year) you're not doing shit in this offense atm.
From Goat TE to targeting the TE's at 10% last year....and somehow down to 6% this year...LMAOOOOOOOOOOO, nice draft picks, ey?
Don't rule out Jimmy G either. I don't want him at all, but if Bill truly believes that he is the guy, please, go ahead and pay whatever to get him back. In Bill I trust, always.
Oh, and look at Joe Kapp's stats ... 11 games, 3TD-17INT 1100 yards, 45% completion
1970 QB Boston

Edelman officially done for the year, he’ll be in Tampa next year I bet. There’s an opt out in his contract.
Can totally see it.
