It doesn't apply to every fan base, stop it.

Lions fans can talk till their blue in the face about how they are content with the way their organization is ran but that's a load of bull and everyone knows it.

That would be like Mets fans saying we love our organization and their decision making.

No one is saying they don't love their TEAM.

Do people not understand the difference? Must be typing in chinese or something or some people are too proud to say they are envious of other organizations.

Just to be clear; there is a fine line between wanting management changes within our organization and wanted our team to be like another team. I don't know how much longer I can stand reading your ignorant ass posts, it's almost unbearable.

i see nothing wrong with this

i wished the niners had a head coaching system where they didnt switch out coaches yearly + much more instances regarding head office moves

Good teams are always going to lose staff members. Lesser teams see the success the top teams have and take lower staff members from those teams to give them larger roles. Much better plan than taking guys who were losers on other teams.

was talking about head coaches, not coordinators etc

and of course i know how hard it is to find quality coaches like that, which is why i wanted the niners to have the same thing

Thank you.

Hell I wish the Giants would stop being so stubborn and get rid of Fewell and Gilbride but there's always the loyalists "They won two super bowls" blah blah blah.. Fewell won 1, Gilbride won 2.

Point is we have won despite both of them. We won in 2011 because Eli put the team on his back and was outstanding.

Here's our defensive ranking with Fewell.

2011: points (25th), yards (27th)
2012: points (12th), yards (31st)

So now we're stuck with him for 2013 because we won a Super Bowl with him and rewarded him an extension 2011.

Gilbride isn't as bad as Fewell but we can absolutely do better. We don't EVER utilize the no huddle under Gilbride. Need an OC to let Eli take full reign of the offense.

I aso wish Coughlin wouldn't be so stubborn and play veterans who are clearly being outperformed by younger healthier players.. which was the case with Diehl and Locklear

You underlined stats that suggest Eli played better...

I don't get it...

3 less passes only 20 less yards and another touchdown. What is better here?
