yeah idk if hes just afraid of being hit or thinks our WRs are going to get open if he buys some time which is dumb because our WRs will NEVER be open
The notion that he's afraid of being hit is just a stupid joke. Since Gruden started talking about it on that first MNF game vs the Ravens, it's been the common misconception about Blaine.
He took some unneeded sacks out there, because he was simply trying to do too much at times. That just comes with being a Rookie.

Blaine would have learned so much from Garrard. I thought for sure after the Raven win he would get some confidence and start letting the ball go, but he got those happy feet like he had at Mizzou... I secretly have been watching all the games this year.
He wouldn't of learned so much from Garrard, but it would have help him for sure. Garrard isn't that good of a QB lol.
The happy feet have slowly faded over time. Blaine had instant improvement as soon as Tucker took over the HC job from JDR. He instantly fired the WR coach and moved the QB coach back to WRs. That's where he specializes. He then moved our OC to QB coach as well, which he should of been the whole time. I seen him improve almost instantly after the switch.
Blaine was a streaky QB this season for sure. He'd have streaks where he's dead on. Hitting all the passes perfect. He'd lead the team down the field with ease. But it seems like as soon as a Receiver would drop a pass, or he the OL would break down and he'd get sacked. It almost looks like he instantly loses Confidence in them after that. He then tries to rush stuff and that rarely works.
Now I can't say that he's truly losing Confidence out there, because I don't know. I'm not out on the field with him and i'm not talking to him.
