I had this discussion with a few people over the past week, Cam just doesn't realize it's a fucking team sport. He HAS to make a play every single down, he HAS to have the ball and have it be about him. He got away with it more when he was as athletically gifted as he was and when he had some fucking weapons lol, but that shit aint going to fly when your best receiver is a 5'10 white guy and you've got a garbage line.
I think it's clear we need to draft a QB though. Stidham is not the answer and we need an upgrade at the position immediately, even if we just get a game manager behind center, we can't afford this shit.
Im not giving up on Cam yet. No physical issues but his mechanics are a bit whacky atm. Everyone needs to do a better job.
Coaching has been terrible. Stop the power packages if youre not going to hit the TE or attempt bombs down field.
Why do they go run heavy on the 1st and 2nd drive and NEVER run again? Not even utilizing the only strength they have.

Totally get that they had the 3rd most dead money and only 17 million in cap once Brady left and Thuney got resigneD, so not much could have been done but they didnt even bother to replace them....unless signing a playmaker like Phillips to play LB counts
So much cap next year to fill out the depth though
Brian Hoyer in until the red zone, then sub in Cam? Could be the answer for the offense
