For what it's worth and those who care, just saw Maze Runner Scortch Trials and it was pretty good. I reluctantly saw the first one, thought it was going to be bad and came out of the theater pleasantly surprised. Not a great movie but one I was never bored in and enjoyed. This second one I was looking forward too and it delivered. Its not a crazy good movie like Mad Max but it was entertaining. Meh story, like I don't really care about the story, its been done before. But cool action scenes, some funny moments and I was never wanting the movie to be over and was satisfied with the ending. Now if they make the third one (and I'm assuming there's only 3 books, idk) into two movies I'll probably lose interest. It doesn't lend itself to 4 movies like Hunger Games dies, but I'll see the next one for sure.

Care/10 I know but movie was a decent 7/10. Entertaining and fun.


Edit: just googled and it is a 4 book series so I'm sure they'll have 4 movies. Idk if that's needed but idk the books either so maybe. I'll see them all though.

I never like those children's movies. Always seem so cookie-cutter predictable.

It was a little bit but I wasn't expecting to be enthralled in some deep story line or anything like that. Just some funny one liners, cool action scenes and that was about it. The "monster" things in it looked really freaky and cool too.

But if I wanted a good story or more of a thriller I'd go see Black Mass again but this was just that turn your brain off for a bit and relax type of night.

Black porn isn't really that thrilling anymore, although the story in a porno is probably better than that of the maze runner, chronicle, percy harvin and the olympians, or what have you.

I was trying to watch that last night but it randomly stopped playing like 25 mins in so I shut my laptop
