Fitz is actually (at least seems like) a good leader, Geno isn't. Fitz has respect from his teammates, Geno probably doesn't (have as much). Jets can be a >.500 team with Fitz. With Geno I would be surprised if they go > .500. Fitz is just starting to get good chemistry with his receivers, why would you want to restart on that with Geno??? sure Geno has probably some chemistry with certain guys but there's not way he could match what Fitz & Marshall have. is Fitz perfect? no, is Fitz the long term answer? no. but Geno CERTAINLY is not your long term answer. Why would you want a guy with a knickname "genoCOASTER" your QB...

Honestly if you compare Fitz's stats last year with someone like Sam Bradford you could make the argument Fitz and a better season and look at how much Bradford is making...

Now compare the weapons each QB had and also remember one franchise overpaying does not mean someone is worth that.

Lmao, Decker on vacation with his wife. Marshall relaxing. Its ok that the more senior players dont show up for OTAs because they need rest and its mainly for rookies to show what they have. Basically OTAs are for non contact practices to teach guys the plays and evaluate prospects.

No need to speculate they dont want to come because of "geno" haahahaha
