Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News reports Eli Manning restructured his contract. His 2012 salary drops from $10.75 million to $1.75 million, and his overall cap hit drops to $9.6 million – nearly $7 million less than what it was. There is $9 million guaranteed that will be spread out over the remainder of his deal.
