No issue on Microsoft's end for 60fps "advantage" in multiplayer, ball is in bungos court.

E/ PlayStation beta possibly 7/17/17 given the glimmer on the accounts at the event. Legendary marks were 98, corroborating the convention given the release date of Sept 8th. This was the same date for the d1 ps beta as well

Gears 4 already does this though. PC and XB crossplay. PC uncapped, XB locked at 60.

I don't believe it will be 60, but it's totally on Bungie. The people making the argument that it's unfair to have 30 fps play against 60 bother me. Clearly never played PC before.
