Bears had a terrible O-line though. No push in the running game. Meanwhile they had a defense that was forcing them to throw to keep up.

I hope Trestman can develop our passing game. Maybe Ozzie will target a big WR in the draft like Bmarsh or Alshon

Maybe some Jaelen Strong

I could do with Chloe Trestman doing some catching for me.

But no Funchess, please...

For the life of me, I don't understand why a guy who can't catch a football and who can't get separation is a projected first round pick. He is, at best, the 4th best TE prospect (in a weak class) or like the 10-15th best WR prospect (in a deep class)

Hmm, this is very interesting

John Harbaugh's brother, Jim, once said Marc Trestman "taught him everything" when both were Raiders assistants.

He taught him how his body worked, and the birds and the bees

H/W/S

He ran a 4.3 in the spring, so he probably runs somewhere around 4.5 or something.

The NFL is littered with the failed careers of combine warriors like Stephan Hill, Limas Sweed, and whoever else you feel like throwing in there because I'm lazy

NFL front offices are full of grown men with egos the size of planets. They will never think that they can't mold a H/W/S prospect into a star.
